When visiting my Profile link, it appears the file for ‘Upload Photo:’ and ‘Company Logo:’ are missing and not added to my Agent Profile. How can I check to ensure these files are added?

You can view the photo that has been added by navigating using the left menu to MY PROXIO > Overview.  In the top left corner, your picture will appear.  Or to MY PROXIO > Home you picture will appear in the top right corner above the ‘Activity Feed’ (except many users who are with Keller Williams or KW GPS members and have a different version of ProxioPro - see here ).

You can also navigate using the left menu to NETWORK > Agents.  In the ‘Text Search:’ field, enter your name and click the green arrow (as long as the country and other search criteria if you have entered any match that of your account), your profile will appear.  Click your name to open your Agent Profile.


After successfully adding your photo to your agent profile by clicking the Browse button next to Upload Photo or the Browse button next to the Company Logo and you have saved these changes, if you revisit this page by clicking the Profile icon located at the top right of any page and look at the 'Upload Photo:' or 'Company Logo:' fields, (depending on the web browser you are on) it will either appear blank or the text of "No File Selected." will appear next to the Browse button. Below is an account that already has both Upload Photo and Company logo previously added, but when revisiting the profile information page, "No file selected." appears:

This is only because after you have clicked the Browse button, the information contained next to the Browse button will be the file name or in the field will be displaying the specific photo location where the image or file is from (i.e. on Internet Explorer C:\Users\Proxio\Desktop\Images\headshot.png which is an example of a file name and location that was on our hard drive. Note: your file and location will be different than this example). 

Because the image is not stored there, the field will be blank, but your image is not lost. 

It is added to your account and each time you return back to the Profile page by clicking the Profile icon at the top of the page, both the Upload Photo field and Company Logo field will be empty or appear with one of the following texts (depending on the web browser being used):

  • "No File Selected." - Fifefox
  • "No file chosen" - Google Chrome
  • "no file selected" - Safari
  • or the field preceding the Browse button will be blank - Internet Explorer


The photo that is added for the "Upload Photo:" field is added and will appear in the following locations:

  • to your Agent Profile
  • to the Personal Website if that member has a Personal Website through ProxioPro
  • on flyers
  • on Proxio Developer Showcase
  • on a Client Report


The Company Logo will appear in a following locations:

  • at the bottom of listings under the Office Information section
  • on a Flyer after it is created when navigating using the left menu to PUBLICATION > Publication
  • or if creating a Client Report at any time your your listing or another agent's listing
