There are 3 different ways that you can register a lead:
1. You can go at the top of the dashboard and click on "Leads" and over to the right click on " New", from there you enter the client's information.
Note: The email should be client's email.
After that, you scroll down and select the projects just clicking on the orange buttons and when you come down to the bottom, click on "Register Client" and this starts the client registration process.
2. The second way that you can register a client lead is When you send the client information about a single development or multiple developments, so all you have to do is go to sales kit and select the properties that you want to send to your client and then click on " Send Projects" button over the right. Now there, you enter the information and click on "Send", after that you will have the opportunity to register the lead.
3. The third way is when you send your client information on a single project. So, all you have to do is do to "Manage Projects" tab and select the project that you are interested in send the information to your client. on that screen, click on the " Brochures" tab and you can send a brochure or a marketing flyer, so when you click on send, you will enter the information and then you hit send, and ones you hit send once again you have an opportunity to register this lead.
Now, once you register a lead, it will not show up as pending until the developer approves it, which typically happens within the day or so. To check the status, go to your agent dashboard and go to the "Leads" tab.
